Kitchen breakdown:

The island is 1200mm and 2450mm long.

The black granite worktop on the island is the same size, but note the sink and tap in the middle, which are included.

There are 3 x 600mm base units (300mm deep) underneath the island and an integrated AEG dishwasher.

- the range cooker is 1100mm wide and 600mm deep

- there are four separate worktops, the biggest is 630 x 2900mm, and the others are 630 x 1550mm, 630 x 1200mm, and 630 x 620mm.

- the splashback is also black granite and is 700 x 1200mm

- there are 5 base units with standard 600 x 600mm and a drawer, there are 2 more base units that are 500 x 600mm with a drawer each.

- there are 2 wall units with glass door and shelves, each 1000mm wide, and 3 wall units with glass door and shelves that are 500mm wide

- there are 2 tall units, again standard 600mm
