Kitchen breakdown:

The kitchen was handmade and therefore some of the cupboards are combined in one unit. Measurements are given for units rather than cupboards. All measurements are external unless stated otherwise.

Painted in a pale green colour, Mercury cooker is model RC1090/A005.

Dishwasher is included. Model is G1182 SCVI GB.

Fridge freezer is included in the appliances.

Left Hand Side. Total Width: 335cm

Unit 1 Left: Width 113cm, height 224cm, depth 72cm Full height narrow cupboard with pull out racks and wire storage baskets. Full height 2 door cupboard for an integrated fridge freezer. Fridge/freezer is not included but is suitable for a Miele model, such as KND7724E. A new fridge freezer purchased October 2023 is currently available but being sold separately.

Unit 2 Left: Width 154cm at front, 222cm into corner, height 88cm, depth 68cm Floor cupboard with two doors suitable for a hidden washing machine. Washing machine is not included, but cupboard is suitable for a Miele model,such as WED325. Floor cupboard with two doors and one shelf. The cupboard extends internally into the corner of the kitchen.

Unit 3 Left: Width 57cm, height 82cm, depth 35cm Wall cupboard with single door and two shelves.

Unit 4 Left: Width. 104.5cm, height 82cm, depth 30cm Wall cupboard with two doors and two shelves.

Unit 5 Left: Width 60cm, height 82cm, depth 35cm Wall open shelf cupboard with one shelf, used for books.

End Section. Total Width 291cm

Unit 1 End: Width 23cm, height 88cm, depth 70cm Small opening which contains 2 large pull-out oak trays.

Unit 2 End: Width 60cm, height 68cm, depth 70cm Floor cupboard with two doors under the sink. Sink is not included but oak shelf it sits on is. Suitable for a Belfast sink. Qooker boiling water tap, model VAQ PRO 3, is included. The Qooker heater unit can be housed in the floor cupboard under the sink.

Unit 3 End: Width 70cm, height 88cm, depth 70cm Floor cupboard for integrated dish-washer. Miele dishwasher, model G1182 SCVi GB is included. Original user manual available.

Unit 1 Right: Width 110cm at front, 175cm extends into corner, height 88cm, depth 70cm Floor cupboard with two doors and one shelf. The cupboard extends internally into the corner of the kitchen. Drawer unit, with one small drawer and a larger drawer which houses two kitchen bins. The bins are included.

Unit 3 Right: Width 155cm, height 88cm, depth 70cm Drawer with cupboard with one door underneath. Wide drawer unit with two drawers. The top drawer has a hidden drawer inside, which can be used for knives and utensils.

Unit 4 Right: Width 210cm, height 173cm (from top of cupboards to ceiling in current location), depth 51cm. Opening width 130cm, height 95cm, depth 51cm. False “chimney” under which a cooker can be placed. This is painted on the outside and tiled on the inside, however tiles not likely to remain in place when kitchen is uninstalled. Cooker hood included, Miele model DA2270-GB. Original user manual available.

Unit 5 Right: Width 128cm, height 82cm, depth 35cm Wall cupboard with two glass doors and one shelf and an open lower shelf underneath. The lower shelf is suitable for mugs/cups. Spare shelf included which is not currently used.

Unit 6 Right: Width 105cm, height 133cm, depth 42cm Pantry cupboard with two folding doors and two shelves.
