Kitchen breakdown:

Island Unit It has a slight overhang on one side – as shown on the drawings . There's solid and false drawers, with a range of cupboard space – and then egg and spice racks The Granite is a mottled black – photo attached The Block comes apart into 4 pieces – a base – the block into 2 sections and then the granite top.

Wall mounted half dresser unit Cream painted wall mounted cabinet with 3 lights incorporated under the shelf. It has two cupboards, two open shelves, 3 small pull out drawers with leather handles and a small open underneath shelf . It was delivered with a slight distressed look.

Base of dresser Cream painted with a maple top that matches the wall mounted unit – started off semi distressed – but it is now very distressed ! This is in the worst repair out of all the pieces – loose hinges – the worktop needs replacing and the dishwasher missing some parts but still fully working – Bosch Pewter curved tap included 186l x 63w x 92h (For some reason I don’t seem to have the drawings for this one)

Small free standing granite topped unit (also known as the crisp drawer) This is a lovely little unit – again so very well built it's as good as the day it was bought. Oak and tulip wood

Utility room unit Pine carcass with oak doors and a Belfast sink. The unit comes in two pieces – the upright section and the sink section separately – the taps are also provided. There's a plinth at the bottom that needs putting in properly but we have the plinth.
